Hi everyone, I'm a longtime lurker of this forum. This is my first post. I am 36 years old with 6 active children including 3,4 year olds. I am on week 9 of induction. I started at 204 and am down to 171.8. Lost 32 pounds so far. I have lost between 2-5 pounds a week.
My concern is I'm on day 4 of not losing an ounce , I have NEVER cheated and stay on the guidelines 100%. I still do the same amount of exercise and I can't for the life of me find a reason why I "stalled". I haven't gained though continue to remain at 171.8.
I'd love some feedback from you longterm dieters and would love to hear if others had this problem and how long it took to get the weight moving again.
Many Thanks

A stall- by definition- is no pounds OR inches lost for 4+ weeks. If you lose 1/2 an inch in those 4 weeks, you're still not stalled!
