So, I went to a friend's house for dinner last night - it was to celebrate Chinese New Year. I managed to avoid all of the non-induction foods during the meal, everything was going well.
Then they wanted to toast the New Year and they had bought some special ice wine. I didn't really know what it was, but figured it wasn't allowed on induction - still I decided it would be rude not to join in, and that I would just wear the three days it would take me to get back into ketosis or whatever, cest la vie.
I couldn't have had more than 40ml of the stuff, but boy oh boy was it sweet (and very nice indeed).
I weighed myself this morning and I'd gained over a pound (this seems a lot to me - maybe there was some hidden sugar in something I ate as well - I don't know, it didn't taste like it).
But my question is: now I am feeling very sluggish and sleepy. I haven't felt this way since the beginning of induction. Is this induction flu again and how long will it last? (I am supposed to be studying, but I can't seem to focus).
