    :yes :yes

I'm away from home this weekend at a conferance. I was fretting yesterday when I got here that I would fall off the wagon - didn't want to because I've just finished my 14 day induction and am heading in to extended induction. GREAT news so far!!

I am totally sticking to this WOE. Getting some weird looks from people when I pass up the bread basket and dessert but who cares, right?!? I am confidently ordering my food the way I need it cooked and the correct portions. I packed bottled water so I have no excuse not to drink it arty I turned down alochol last night :yes And...I'm feeling super!! Just finished a beautiful chef salad for lunch :yummy

Today is a beautiful day (including the 8" of snow we received last night!)

Great! You must be very pleased.

And yes... I've found that it does get easier as you go on.

              Happy losing!
