    Its been 2 weeks since i last weighed myself so here i go to check out my scales............................................ ..........................

    Well no weightloss still the same. This is day 29 for me so lets just say ive been doing atkins style induction for almost a month now and i feel great. Ive definetly lost inches but im still a comfortable 16 dying to get down to my 14's and fit into it comfortably.

    I'm not really upset over the no weightloss not even frustrated i just keep telling myself i have to keep going im bound to lose something sooner or later and i have heard of people being in a stall for 6 months. I think id start pulling my hair out after 2 months of stalling but for the time being im just gonna chill and see how it goes over the next two weeks.

    I should mention that i am on TOM usually that really doesnt affect my weightloss. Maybe ill get a nice surprise when i weigh myself in two weeks.

    So everyone out there happy losing and keep the momentum going!!!

    hang in there, you're doing great. i really didnt lose any weight during the first 2 months, and then the next 2 i dropped 25. it was also cause i was eating frankenfoods and sugar alcohols, but it took my body a long while to get moving.

      yep TOM can do mean things to the scale weight loss and the inches too.

      Love your Atkitude. I wish evryr body had your patience about getting smaller while they are geting healthier.

              You've read the 'Weight loss is not linear' sticky in this forum?
              Sometimes your body is just taking stock of things, I think.
              Mine's been taking stock for a few months now, but I definitely see changes in my shape happening, so I feel great! :yes

                Thanks guys for the encouragement. Yes im waiting patiently. But it dawned onto me the other day that i was letting myself slip.
                In the sense ive began to use Guesstimates. I think i really need to be careful with my measurements also ive sort of overindulged on the lemon juice and sweeteners. Here in Malaysia they have this drink known as Limau Ais which is directly translated to Lemon ice but is just water with ice with lemon juice. So when i go to the restaurants i end up having 3 of these. So i think im over my limit with 2. So ill start making my own limau ais and im giving up my sweetener.
                I use sweetex tablets and in one Limau Ais i can put upto 4 tabs. So i know! i know! that is so wrong I think one day i hit 12 tabs of sweetener so out those go. Plus dont know their serving size still searching the internet as i threw out the original packet.
                All in all im making progress learning from each experience and moving forward. Thanks guys again for all the support.

                  Drink that water!

                  Drink, drink, drink that water! That is my new motto! I've had 40 oz so far today of just plain bottled water, I want to have one of these whoosies I hear everyone talking about!
