  • I think my stall is over!!!! Hippee!!!

    Hey every one....

    So I have been on the diet now since December 15th, I have been struggling I guess not losing weight as fast as I had hoped. My starting weight was 293 with in the first two weeks I would say I dropped most of the weight lost. Got down to 274...I was so excited that I had only one more pound to go to be at 20lbs lost ...But it didnt come....and the days went by....and the weeks lmao....I was getting so discouraged I almost quit several times.....but something in my head this time on the diet just told me to keep with it and hopefully something will happen....I mean every one wants to see results for the changes they are making....If you dont see change what is the motivation to keep on trucking you might as well just go back to your old ways if you arent gonna make any progress....but thank god I didnt....

    I woke up this morning and was 272.5......YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

    So officially 21 lbs lost....lets hope it continues.....I cant wait I hope it starts to fall off of me....

    Two weeks no budge. Inches lost though. I'm holding on to that.

        Congratulations!

        But I think I should point out - a stall is 4 weeks of no pounds, no inches lost...

        Twenty-One pounds in about 5 weeks is freaking fantastic! Can you please make this happen to me?? :P

            Fantastic news! I know how it feels to want to get past the 20 pounds mark. I lost 14 in about a month and then took 2.5 months to get the next 6 pounds off! I think the body just wonders what's going on or something!

                I was worried about you when you posted in my wife's thread. I am really glad you sucked it up and stayed with it! I look at it like this, it took me years to get this big, and I am worth the investment of the same amount of time if necessary to get smaller.
