I know that I should not weigh myself daily, but I just can't help it sometimes. Last week was a very very slow week for me and I was really trying to monitor if what I was eating was delaying the loss. But I got on the scale this morning and I have lost 3 years of weight gain. The scale I have remembers my weight, and today I weigh as much as I did 3 years ago, when I was attempting W.W. Yeah for small victories!!!!

Wow, that is awesome!!!
I started on 12/29 at 189.2 Today (1/30) weigh 176.2. I just was trying on some of my old clothes. I only found one shirt that really fit, but the others are pretty close. And my dress slacks are very close to fitting!
My husband is kicking butt. He has dropped about 24ish lbs in a month. He can wear clothes that were tight, and now are almost too big. His belt doesn't fit anymore. He got his hair cut and his face is so much smaller.
We just keep encouraging each other and are happy when the other looses, even if the other doesn't.

my hubby isn't doing it with me, he is one of those people that can eat whatever and still have a 6 pack....very annoying!!!!! i'm trying to get down to 160 so i have a while to go, but i'm going to try and stay on induction for a while longer though...you?

I am slowing down for some reason this week, but I think I am actually happier that my wife is seeing great results after a month of slow but steady.Trying to become half the man I am right now.

Great to see you too Jeremy.
I think it is wonderful that you guys do it together like that.
Just remember not to 'compare' too much. We all lose weight differently. Some start fast and end slow others would be opposite. Some can eat this and that and still lose, others will have to be very very strict. So your journeys will be very individual. I am sure you guys are finding that to be true already.
