    Sweetener question

Is there a difference between using the liquid sweetener rather than the granulated kind?

    Re: Sweetener question

I see no one jumps on this thread, so I'll give it a try. I don't use splenda in general (I prefer stevia), so if I'm wrong someone can smack my hand. :P

Solid splenda has to be counted as 1g per serving because of the filters that are added to it. As far as I know, there are no filters in liquid splenda, so theoretically, it is a "free food". However, if I were you I would still stick to max. 3 servings per day.

Thanks, to be honest I just use the cheapest sweetener in the store. On the box it states only trace ammount of carbs but I still limit how much I use.
