    Portion size matters.

    Cream cheese with flavorings & Splenda is a trigger food for me.

    20 minutes on an exercise bike is HARD.

    My body has been seriously out of shape for decades. It will take time to build stamina.

    Just because Dr. Atkins says we can have 3-4 ounces of cheese a day does not mean I have to eat that much.

    Weight loss is going to be a slow, long haul for me. And I can live with that.

    High fat - low carb is very good for my skin.

    Limiting Splenda to 3 servings per day makes a big difference in how satisfied I feel at the end of the day.

    I don't miss the caffeine anymore and feel so much better without it.

    I can go to sleep when I go to bed and sleep through the night since I cut the carbs.

    I smile a lot more now than I used to.

    I'd rep you if I could, but it tells me I must spread some love first. Oh well...

    I hear you with the 3-4 oz of cheese. It took me quite some time to understand that *maximum* does not mean *exactly* 4 ounces.

          Your post was great as i was wondering about the cheese myself I love string cheese but have had to watch it so i don't go over my limit for the day.
