Is it sweetened with Splenda or aspartame?

If it's sweetened with aspartame (like Diet Coke), it's not allowed.

Diet Rite Cola has no caffeine and is sweetened with Splenda, as are some of the other brand diet drinks.

Just remember on induction to limit the Splenda to three servings per day. It really does make a difference.

Thanks for responding, just getting used to the differences in sweetener. Thats one mistake Ive made so far
