allo allo,
I'm finally done with the first 2 weeks of uninterrupted induction! yaha! no cheating, nada, better yet, no urge to cheat. Damned co-workers keep bringing in krispy cremes & donuts, and bagels & i haven't even been tempted for a minute to break the diet. (ok, maybe the Krispy Creme was slightly tempting..)
Lessons learned?
- Planning is everything. If you have all the kind of foods your allowed in reaching distance, it's MUCH easier to stick to the diet.
- Get the food that isn't atkin's friendly outta there.
- Don't drive by In'n'OUT. it's jsut evil =)
I've lost a total of 12lbs since Jan 1st, yaha!
I'm thinking of continuing induction, does anyone know of any reasons not to do that? The only issue i've been having is that i think i don't eat enough. I'm jsut not hungry all the time, so i forget that i need to eat.
Thanks in advance for any info!
