Absolutely amazing! I had the same problem in the beginning trying to find foods with no added sugars. You cannot assume.(you know what they say about ASSUMING) We have to be careful. It is disheartening though to find sugar in something you've ben eating all week.
But you caught, and have moved on. Thanks for the heads up!!!
And that is why i always check the labels before i buy something from the grocery store. especially cheese, milk, and tinned food.better becareful next time.

Tonight I was at the grocery store and could not find one package of shredded cheese that did not have those starches in it! I'm going to buy blocks of real cheese and invest in a good grater instead.....oh, and also - whipped butter is not the same as real sticks of butter - the whipped has milk in it, the sticks have pure cream. It never ends...lol
