i have been stalled since Jan 24, although i have lost 17 pounds and 7 inches, i just don't know if i'm not losing because i havn't gone up a rung or this is just something that i will have to push through. i eat 2-3 eggs plus some bacon for breakfast, 2 oz of cheese for snack tuna with mayo and 1 cup sald for luch, and chicken or pork with 2 cups salad for dinner i drink a min of 6-8 glasses of water a day with NO soda or even a little spelnda, and i take a multi vit and work out 3 times a week
    what gives?

Hang tough! I am right there too. I looked back in my records from last time I did Atkings and I ahd a period of 12 days with no loss followed by a 10 pound whoosh.

Keep on keeping on!! I had the same exact problem for the past 2 weeks! I downed water yesterday like I was on fire. Had a 3 pounds loss this morning. I have found I have 2 weeks out of the month of good solid weight loss and 2 weeks, (pms week and ToM week) that I couldn't make the scale budge for anything. That's just me. Your "off" weeks might be different weeks for you. If you're faithful, it'll happen. If you're not, frustration will be abundant! Up the exercise a little and try to drink 100 ounces of water per day. Do it for several days and then please come back and post your results. Water seems to be everything when you're doing every other aspect of the diet. Sounds like you need another serving of veggies in there too. Use fitday.com if you're not already. It's a great help at getting your percentages right. Induction should be 5% carbs, 65% fat and 30% protein. You'll notice better results when you're on target with your percentages.

Post again in a few days. I believe you'll see a difference!!

I hear ya on the frustration. I've been doing this since Jan 5th and I've hardly lost anything. I've made some modificaitons to my menu - increasing my veggies (not lettuce - other veggies) which I hope helps. I also just discovered that I might be fighting with a yeast problem (did the "spit test") so am going to do a couple weeks of anti-yeast and see if that helps at all.

Stick with it. Look back over your menu. Check your calories - use the BMR calculator - are you eating too little? Are you eating too much? Increase your veggies where you can. Don't give up. You've just got to keep investigating until you find what might be holding you up. I've also heard some people go through a stall around this point - maybe that's all it is - and stick with it and it shall pass.

Nothing gives your doing fine. Thats how this diet works for some folks, we lose in spurts and as frustrating as it is, we just have to keep on keeping on.
Don't change anything, stay where you are, just think good thoughts and Whooshie Fairy will come visit
I was stalled for over a month and I woke up one day and I was down 5 pounds overnight, then the following week , 10 more, then nothing

          41 pounds down and counting

I'm in your boat as well. I'm going on three weeks with little weight loss (1-2lbs). I know that TOM issues are a factor, but I'm also trying to reevaluate aspects of my diet! Hang in there! I can't wait for a whoosh!

Hang in there. This is coming from a male perspective, and the stalls just happen. I lost 10 lbs in the first five days of induction and here I am on day 15 at the same weight. Last year the same thing happened. I'm not sure when the stall started then, but after it was over I started losing weight pretty fast again. Just keep eating right and the results will come.

And another thing to consider is that some people experience a long plateau if they stay on induction for a long time.

The second phase of Atkins is called 'ongoing weight loss' for a reason
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
