I thought i was the only one that felt that way. last week i was just plain hungry all the time. I uped my fats but i was constantly munching. But now its gone.

the only suggestion i have is just have the right foods beside you and keep drinking that water

Try a fatty snack like some cream cheese. I was this way last TOM. I thought I could eat everything in sight. I even ate a tablespoon of peanut butter (since I am on extended induction) trying to find something to satisfy my brain's craving. I'm not advocating PB by the way, just saying I ate it. Anyhow, try some clouds. Alot of ladies swear by them. BikerGoddess Pizza for dinner might be another good option. With all the meat and cheese it should be a good fix too.

                Clouds

8 ounces cream cheese -- room temperature
1/2 cup butter -- room temperature
1/2 cup artificial sweetener -- (Splenda, equal, etc.)

Mix all together and drop by spoonfuls onto pan or plate and freeze. These are very rich, so make small droppings. Store frozen clouds in a zip lock bag.
