  • Another fitday question...

What should your percentages be at the end of the day? Mine seemed out of whack.

    Fat--63%
    Carb--3%
    Protein 34%

I had 18 carbs according to the chart, but I wasn't good about measuring yesterday and think that I really had more.

I think I am seeing why I feel bad all the time.

You're about right on according to your numbers. Maybe eating one less egg would put those numbers back to where they should be. How many calories did you have? Also, feeling bad could mean coming down with a cold... or that TOM character always sneaking in to make us bloaty and moodlicious!

If I am comng down with a cold...

I have been since I started Atkins. I feel horrible on this diet--but it is the easiest one that I have found to stick to because of cravings, so I think I will stick to it for awhile longer--just wish I could get off my month long plateau!! I only eat 2 eggs in the morning. Thanks!

18 carbs was net carbs, if you're using fit day. Chances are, you're not eating enough vegetables.

        Can you post a menu?
        Are you taking supplements?
        Are you exercising?

Let's see if we can't figure out what's wrong.

And your percentages are not that out of whack, they're quite close to the 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs.
