Hi everyone, I'm almost done with my 4th week. I've lost a total of 5 lbs on Atkins - as I was following a low-fat diet before and therefor didn't lose the 5 lbs of water weight that ppl usually lose on induction. ANYWHO, so my weight loss has been roughly 1 lb per week - even on induction (can anyone say metabolic resistance?!?!) However, this last week (so week 4) the scale hasn't budged. I've been reading a lot about the stall that people experience anywhere from the 3rd to the 6th week on Atkins. I fall right in that range. Can anyone tell me more about this stall? How long does it normally last? What are your experiences with it? Do I up the exercies to get past it or just continue the plan and it will eventually pass?
