    Any great quick snacks for induction????

    I like to place pepperoni slices in the microwave between layers of paper towels. It makes a good spicy "chip".

      hard boiled eggs, beef jerky (check ingredients for sugar), broccoli and ranch dressing

        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

          I often make a crustless quiche and slice it for easy portable snacks.
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            I bought the pepperoni slices yesterday but I haven't tried them yet. I will update after I do!

              I forgot to warn about cooking the pepperoni slices for short periods of time! I started at 30 second intervals until figuring out just how long to cook it. There's a very small margin between the perfectly crisp and starting to burn.

                    I find that I snack (and want to snack) far less when I'm following Atkins.

                    If I eat good meals, I just don't want to eat more. If my lunch or dinner ends up being light and I get hungry, I usually have 1oz of cheese.
