  • today is end of 5th week on induction

Began 257,230 today.About to enter the 220's club this coming week.I doubt if I have ever hit 20 carbs a single day.Usually 10 or less.Always in mild to moderate ketosis.I think soon my body will adapt and the strips will be negative when my body begins using all the ketones for energy.Walking 3-4 miles nearly every day.About to begin light weight training as soon as workout room is finished by carpenters next week.My energy level is far above what I have experienced in many years.Just a nice sense of well being.Every week is christmas with me pulling out clothes that finally fit.I have no desire to get out of induction and in fact am considering cutting carbs even more.I see mid to upper 80's by mid summer. At 53, I won't have many more chances to improve my physcial condition and be able to enjoy it.Needless to say, I AM PUMPED.

        Great work, Phil
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
