    3 day wooshie!!

I've dropped down to 237.5 lbs now over the past 3 days. I must've been retaining some water as I'd gone from 241 to 243 before the weekend. Monday it dropped down to 241.5, and yesterday to 240, and now today to 237.5! Yay! I knew it was going to take some effort to break the 240 mark since for many years before I had my son my body was stable at that weight and it never moved. It's taken now about 3 weeks to get from 247 down to today's weight and through that barrier. Hopefully it'll be nice steady movement downwards now - I've dropped 1/3 of my total amount to lose!!! I just might make it to goal by vacation time on the august long weekend! :joy

    That's great!

That is really great! I'm hoping for a wooshie after my TOM. Isn't it funny how our bodies like to stay at certain weights? My lowest weight over the past 8 years has been 230 and my highest, no matter what I ate was 256, when I got on the scale and it said 260, I knew I was in trouble and it was time to make a change! How much exercise are you doing?

I try to get to some kind of class a minimum of 4 days a week for an hour at a ime. If I can go 5 or 6 days of the week that is better. I make sure to get in at least 2 or 3 days of weight training and the rest is different types of cardio. I try to make sure I at least get out for a walk on days off.
