    Hello :wave :wave :wave,
    I feel great though aint been exercising due to a problem with my knee and will get back to it as soon as possible.

    Ok thats not what i wanted to share. Well ive definetly lost another Kilo.Wooooooo hooo that 2.2 pounds gone, but ive got reason to believe that tomorrow or sunday morning i will confirm an extra 2.2 pounds gone. This is because from yesterday and today morning my scale has been saying im 2 kilos down that is 4.4pounds. Now later in the day in the evenings my weight has beena steady 74 kilos down from 75 kilos. So until my weigh in day i can only confirm losing 1 kilo. Cant wait till sunday to confirm 2 kilos gone. :yes :yes :joy :joy


    Im so excited on top of that i can fit into a 14 perfectly.I usually like my clothes slightly loose with a bit of room so i cant say its a comfortable fit but a 14 is a perfect fit. Hope this makes sense im too happy im in a size 14 cant wait till i get into 12's then i really need to hit the stores.Let inches melt away!!! :joy :joy

    I'm very relieved i was already setting into my mind that i was entering into a stall and there goes my body shocking me witha good weightloss. AWWWWWW its SWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEETTT!!!

        Congrats!

        congrats on the weight loss and size change! I know exactly how you are feeling because I just got into a "stretch" size 12 levi jeans from a 1X. Haven't been keeping track of the pounds/kilos lost, I'm afraid to step on the scale for some reason.

          One of the best things is buying a smaller size, I've gone from a TIGHT 20, now a good 16. Keep it up!!!!

            sorry about your knee. there are sitting aerobics and upperbody exercises you can do not using your knee. mostr of the pilates moves don'r strain knees either.

              Whooppeee!! Isn't it wonderful to see our clothes getting baggy? Sorry to hear about your knee. I have arthritis in both knees, so understand. CONGRATULATIONS on the weight-loss!!!!!

                wooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooo!!!

                You guys wont believe this im down to around 159 pounds~72 kilos. :joy :joy :icondance :icondance Its been confirmed but im falling sick ive got a cold and i think i got it from my classmate he kept sneezing all the time on Friday hope im not just losing water or my weightloss is not due to me getting this cold.

                I'm gonna up my water and tomorrow will go and see what the pharmacy will have for me . Anyone know any home remedies for colds, the only one that helped me with my cold(also had a fever at that point) included brandy(and thats not on the induction list) so this remedy is out of the question. Out of most sicknesses its colds/flus that really get to me. i can have a cold for like 3 weeks. It just plain sucks. :sadblinky :no

                But im soooooooooooooooooo :joy :joy :joy happppppppppppppppy!!! and this cold aint gonna get me down :no :no wont cause me to eat unaccepatable foods :no and i wont get depressed over it and start pigging out :no . I REFUSE!!!

                Now last year i was stuck at 72 for 3 months so im preparing my way of thinking and to go strong no matter what. I cant believe it im down another 6.6 pounds!!! :joy :joy :joy :joy :joy :joy :joy :icondance :icondance :icondance :icondance :icondance

                I just might meet that goal of being 68kgs~150pounds when my sister comes to malaysia in July Wont that be sweeeet.

                Thank you soooooooo much for the support, i have some pilates video on my computer will try it out and see how it goes from there. Thanks again guys.I wouldnt be able to do it without your support and love and correction.
