    2 months in

    Hi everybody!
Friday was 2 months in for me. I am 35 lbs lighter and several inches smaller. I am so excited. I am having no trouble staying on extended induction. I am the type of person who can eat the same things, and not get bored with them. I have at least another 40 lbs to lose so I don't think it will hurt to stay on induction a bit longer. I am actually enjoying exercising. I never thought I would say that. I don't do a lot, but try to work out 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes at a time. That's all I can do right now. Started doing strength training last Friday and my abs are so sore right now. I think I will do either the treadmill or elliptical today. Well, I can't wait to see what another 2 months will bring but I am looking forward to being even smaller.

Like you I am on extended induction. On my 8th week and love the results.Last time i did low carbs, I moved up, became hungry, and well you can guess the end results.Hopefully I have learned from my past mistakes.
