  • Chocolate extract for your chocoalte fix?

    Adams extract makes a chocolate extract and it is sooo yummy. It is a great alternative to cocoa because you can save on the carbs. I use it to make chocolate mousse. So, while it doesn't have the carb count on the box, it also doesn't look like there is anything in it with carbs. And you only need a teaspoon with 1/3 cup of whipping cream. :clapping

    Most of these types of products have a customer service number on the box. You can call it or search for the company on-line and ask them for the nutritional information...that way you won't have to guess.
