    Hi Kim,
    Send the whooshie fairy to Las Vegas. Today I had a good day with the exception that I came home and cleaned instead of jumping on my treadmill. Tomorrow while my daughter has soccer practice i'm gonna go walking at the park. Looking forward to it actually. We're supposed to have great weather.

      so i did very bad yesterday.....

      i was cramping very bad yesterday this is the worst TOM i have had since HIGH SCHOOL!!! I even caved into foods i should not have eaten. Im hoping that these dont effect me like they didnt effect Kim, but i have a feeling that they will. When ever i do something or eat something im not suppose to i gain very easily. Just my body i guess. So like you both say im taking it one day at a time and today i have done very excellent. I tried the elliptical trainer yesterday but tom made it very uncofortable so i stopped. I guess until he goes away im just to my weightsat exercise.oooo i can do the stationary bike, mabey that would make it feel better. Hey vicki i have been feeling realy tired to lately. And hopefully if the whossie fairy comes your way, send it up from las vegas to idaho falls. Would love to get a visit from her. Gotta clean house. Laters.

        Hi ladies,
        Hope you guys had a good weekend. I of course didn't. I ate chinese food and then felt sick for two days. Feeling better today, and resolve once again to get back on track. I don't know what my problem is.

          I made a post this morning and it disappeared. Hmm.

          Oh well. I did horrible this weekend as well. From cheating yesterday I slept absolutely horrible.

          I'm back on the wagon today though. Hubby has gone back on Atkins. I think we'll do much better if we both do it.

            You guys can do it. I know it is soooo hard to stay cheat free during the weekends but this is for a good cause. Support each other and reach out when you are feeling the need to cave.

              Thank you for your kind words. We seem to need alot of support lately. We all were doing really good then caved. I'm hopefully back on now though.

                That's great that your hubby is doing Atkins too Vicki. Mine eats junk food all the time, which is hard for me. Let's do like Susan says and reach out when we are tempted. We set this forum up for a reason, right! Talk to ya later.

                  Just keep jumping back on the wagon you guys. I'm so confident you won't fall off again. If you have to, think about it one meal at a time. Is what you are about to put into your mouth on the acceptable food list? If it isn't, is it going to be worth it? Then give yourself a big 'woohoo!' for making it past that meal, snack or whatever. You can do it.

                    Hey all,
                    i guess ill make number three for falling of the wagon to. I also had chinease on sunday, i dont know whats up with me either. I just can seem to get back on track to. I seem to be blaming Tom alot lately,but i think to myself, hmmmm, the number one excuse it to put the blame on someone else and not myself. I have spoken with a friend of mine that seem to be the person i have been messing up around. I told her that i would like her help with doing atkins. and just to kinda incourage me if she sees me heading for bread or sweets. But she said that she does not know it i can really do it, that alot of people who dont eat what they crave end up binging. Make me want to prove her wrong. I said that i wont stay away completely, just until im at the last stage. Its a gradual thing, but she says she does not thing i can do it. Just want to prove her wrong. Hmmmm. I think i will!!!!! RIGHT.

                      Shelly,
                      It's so hard to do things when we don't have the support of those who are close to us. My husband has always supported me, but it hasn't always been easy when we both were eating differently. Hopefully he sticks with it this time. Yesterday I did well and so far i'm doing well today. When my daughter had soccer practice last night, I walked around the park. I estimate it was 1.5 miles. I feel TOM coming on this week. I'm up to 198 and i'm hoping that it's TOM weight. If not, then it's from my binge last weekend but it will come off soon. We can do this girls.

                        if you feel tom snooping around.....let me share something that i thought of after i finally got rid of tom.
                        STAY AWAY FROM THE SCALE WHEN HE STARTS SNOOPING AROUND....SO EMOTIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO THE SCALE AND TOM.. DO INDUCTION< AND SWIM AWAY (FINDING NEMO) FROM THE SCALE. I WAS SO EMOTIONAL with the SCALE AND TOM THIS MONTH.

                          Hey ladies,

                          You've been quiet. What's going on?? I've been doing good for the last couple of days. I did cave into a frankenfood this morning. I had a pria low carb bar. TOM is coming so I needed something sweet. I've better than having something terrible.

                          I wanted to share something that is working for me. I wasn't doing well inputting my food into fitday. I bought a journal and started keeping it on my desk and taking it home with me. I write everything down and have my Atkins carb counter book with it. So far it's working. I hope to see the weight that I put on over the last two weeks start coming off.

                          Hubby is doing his own version of low carbing. Yesterday he went to the low carb store and bought a slice of cherry cheesecake and a smoothee. At least he did it when I was at work. Booger!

                          How is everybody doing???? We need to keep up the chatter and support.

                            Hi guys. I've been hit with the worst stomach flu I've ever had. Almost three days now without eating. I'm only managing to hold down water today and some tea. I made some homemade legal beef broth and I'll try that tonight.
                            I think a journal of any type is really helpful vikski. Good for you for figuring out what works!

                              Hey all

                              i guess thats what probably went wrong for me. I have that blue atkins journal that you write your food in and i was using it every day until bootcamp, because i was using the form to post my meals. After bootcamp i kinda didnt do anything. I think i should start that up again. I still work out, 2-4 miles at least 3-4 times a week. I got on the scale today and it read 179.8 and not 182.4. So i think its going good for me. Im hoping i can stick with it again. I really dont know what got me off track. Isabeau i hope you feel better. Im really going to do this. I really want to do it for me and to also prove to those who say i cant do it. I made a sign on the computer and printed it and posted it on the ref. door...is days " nadien me va ayudar me mas que yo mismo" "No one will help me more than myself" because in the end its really the inner you who desides if you fail or succeed. Right.

                              P.S. I also started posting the cheat free banners in my signature to incurage me more. Dont want to have to start over on day one. I barely started doing it today so im working on day two.

                                so im like so excited.... i got on the scale to day and it said

                                178.2 :yikes

                                Was thinking it would be harder to come off, but i guess because it was tom and water retention its coming of faster than i thought. Hopefully i will be able to see the 177.2 before the end of the week. So were is everyone. Busy with work i guess. I started using the Blue atkins journal again. Feels good to see the journal again.
                                How are you doing. Isabeau are you feeling better. Kim and vicki you sticking with it and hows it going?
