Thanks again all...you guys (and this group) are the best support I have ever found for weight loss. Weight watchers totally pales in comparison!..Oh yeah and on Weight watchers it took me three months to lose 11 pounds. I payed all of that money for 11 pounds...And all I had to buy for Atkins was the book. I have all the support and answers to any question I could imagine right here ha !
