I've done the strict 14day induction, in fact I kept it going that strict for weeks. But this weekend I got bored, but still afraid of moving on to OWL. So I "experimented" and had some nuts (sunflower seeds) and then Sunday I stupidly had some berries (blueberries) and then I've endulged in Diet Rite (no more than one 12oz can a day however 12oz is almost 2 servings, their 8oz cans are 1 serving).
How dumb of me... I CAN have nuts, I CAN have berries, if following OWL appropriately. But stupidly I decided to do my own modified induction. I rationalized it by thinking "well if I were following OWL I'd probly be able to eat these by now" .... well today I realized I was lying to myself, and in eating that way, I was NOT following Atkins, I was being a complete IDIOT.
I know it was just like... 2 days... but whatever, I'm paying for it now. I went up to 223lbs. Lovely.
And this whole time, I always patted myself on the back for not cheating.
Ugh. I need a kick in the pants.
