hi guys im into my 4 th week of induction and i have been eating alot of cauliflower and brocoli. i usaully have 200 to 300 grams [ 2 to 3 cups ] a daytotal .on the label [ frozen ]they are only 1.5 grams of carb per 100 grams. i still seem to be losing good but was just wondering if any 1 else has done similar .i no its supposed to be 2 cups of the salad vegies and 1 of these but they are the main vegie i really like and the carb count is low so could i have even 4 or 5 cups of cauliflower and brocoli a day ? thanks for all replys muz

I get the frozen/chopped steam in the microwave stuff, and it says its about 4 carbs a cup, but when I entered in 1.5 cups on fitday once it told me it was 15 carbs! Then I remembered to subtract the fiber, then it comes out to about 7 carbs. I'd just stick to the plan and get in your salad veggies too. If you get sick of salad veggies there's alot of ways to cook and prepare them that isn't so rabbit food-ishF/24/5'10"

Add 2 cups of the salad list of veg to your cauli/broccolli and you will probably be at about OWL rung one quantities
