Do I continue with the extended induction or do I go onto OWL? I have a lot to lose. The first week I lost 8 lbs. I'm now starting my second week. I just want to plan ahead so I'm prepared. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you started a journal? The folks in the journal section are super super supportive and helpful
Do you use fitday? It should be getting faster now. Watch for carb creep
Do you find new and interesting induction friendly meals to try. Some folks get bored with their food. Don't let that happen.
Are you adding weight training to your exercise routine mega important.
Did you measure yourself? If not do it now.

read chapter 13 of your DANDR answer the questions based on your answers you will know if it is time yet for you to move or stay. I stayed 6.5 more months till I thought I wanted OWL foodsand had lost about 100 pounds.
you do need to move to OWL the great food experient while you have pounds to go because one of the criteria for determining if a food group bothers you is a stoppage in your weight loss and as we get closer to goal each pound represents a greater portion of our total body weight so we will need more work and time to lose it then before when we were heavier.
