    Day 15 and I'm down 10pds!!! I had eggs with butter all over them this morning and big Subway chicken salad for lunch and a few pieces of steak, shrimp and brocolli for dinner. This is pretty much what my days are like now. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like you have a plan.Last night I had nearly a lb of lightly seasoned crumbled up ground beef.Couldn't finish it all and had no desire for anything else.I will be having that item quite a bit in the future.

      If you get tired of plain eggs for breakfast, you can make crustless mini-quiches, egg crepe stuffed with taco salad, hamburger patty on lettuce bed with green onion with mayonnaise and salsa... or even a regular taco salad for breakfast.






      I got the basic quiche and taco salad recipes from Linda's Low Carb Recipes site. Another great recipe site is Sugarfree Sheila's.
