Day 15 and I'm down 10pds!!! I had eggs with butter all over them this morning and big Subway chicken salad for lunch and a few pieces of steak, shrimp and brocolli for dinner. This is pretty much what my days are like now. Any suggestions?

If you get tired of plain eggs for breakfast, you can make crustless mini-quiches, egg crepe stuffed with taco salad, hamburger patty on lettuce bed with green onion with mayonnaise and salsa... or even a regular taco salad for breakfast.


I got the basic quiche and taco salad recipes from Linda's Low Carb Recipes site. Another great recipe site is Sugarfree Sheila's.
