Peanuts are not acceptable until you reach OWL. Since you are on extended induction, do you think you are ready for OWL? That's something you need to ask yourself. The main problem with peanuts, and nuts in general, is that they tend to cause cravings or portion control problems for many people (As you found out!). I know that I have a hard time stopping, but I am good about it in that I only take out as much as I should have at one time.
Do yourself a favor and hold off on them until the appropriate rung of OWL, you'll be thankful! Good luck!!
