  • Snack attack!!!

I was just seriously jonesing for some junk! So I ran to the quikie mart around the corner from work and got some pork rinds. I think they did the trick. Crunchy, a little salty and overall not too bad. I have avoided them for a few weeks now. It was one of those snack bags thats 2oz and I ate about half. Is that ok? My DANDR is at home

Plain pork rinds are fine to eat. They are salty and you may retain water but otherwise cool. I like them as breading for my chicken.

I eat pork rinds almost daily. Some have carbs while others are carb free.A very feeling snack.Use the BBQ ones as the breading to make salmon patties.Very tasty.

I am a pork rind snacker as well. I use it to dip up a little avocado as my "chip".
