hi guys does any1 have any which one is better . diet coke' coke zero 'or caffeine free diet coke .i like the caffeine free 1 i notice they all have the same sweeteners 950 ' 951 .thanks muz

I don't know if there is a difference.However when I decided to let artifical sweetners go, my weight loss became mush easier.Now it is water,club soda and black coffee.It may have had something to do with the sweetness stimulating insulin production. I was a big diet coke guy but don't miss them at all.

Does coke zero taste like Diet Coke?

I've decided to switch from diet coke to caffeine free diet coke. I'm hoping that will get me off of this plateau...

I hear that you should give up all of the diet sodas because it causes you to stall, I however am addicted to Coke Zero and I do not seem to have any problems. I guess it just depends on your body and what you prefer. Happy weight loss!

caffeine can cause some people to stall....if you have to have a soda do diet, cafeeine free
