hi guys i just brought a bottle of tabasco sauce [ the really hot one ] ,the ingredients say it is made from vinigar [wheat] red peppers and salt .it has 1.7 grams of carbs and less than 1 gram of sugars per 5ml.now anyone that has tryed this stuff will no you dont need much more than 5 ml lol from memory its so hot .but i needed sum spice in my meals so i thought id give it a go any ideas from anyone ? cheers muz ps its the mc ilhenny co brand tabasco pepper sauce in a 60 ml bottle .

Well, I used it on oven-baked chicken yesterday (tired of eating it bland). My bottle was sold in europe so the nutritional information was missing. I probably used more than 5 ml, although some of that remained on the skin that I removed and fat that sloughed off (iow, I didn't eat all that came out of the bottle)
All I know was the chicken was a lot better and the scale says I lost some weight today.

My McIlhenney Tabasco bottle says 0g carbs. Vinegar, its main ingredient, is induction friendly. I wonder whether the UK version is different?- M/37
