    So I know that I can have some avocado during Induction but how much of this stuff can I have? I could probably eat the whole container its so good

    Looks good- the book says 1/2 a small avocado,* so I'd guesstimate that to be no more than 4-5 tablespoons.

    * The book also says that avocados, olives, etc. might also stall some people, so YMMV.

      Oh man its sooooo good. I ate too much of it this weekend than. I put the other two containers in the refridgerator. Out of site out of mind

          I cut monteray jack cheese into 1 oz sticks and dipped it in. Then the next day I had some with some backed chicken drums and a salad made with boston lettuce, red onion, red pepper and tomatoes. It was soooo yummy. I could eat it by the spoonful like pudding
