    Hello Everyone
I am new to this board but not new to Low Carb

I am currentley doing Atkins Extended Induction (again) and I am doing GREAT

I was wondering what are some good thai choices while on induction?

I was really thinking about getting Chicken+Brocolli topped with peanut sauce

Peanut sauce has peanuts as an ingredients, so it is not allowed during Induction.

Hi xosteph, welcome to the board and thanks for joining.
Peanuts are either a legume or nuts, where ever you want to put them. I don't think I would worry so much about them as I would be any other ingredients lurking in them. I really think most peanut sauces have added sugar, some brown and some white sugar.

Chicken or pork with garlic and basil stir-fried
Spicy Clear Prawn Soup ( Tom Yum Koong)- ask them not to add sugar and u can bring your own splenda
Stir-fried veggies with soy sauce (not oyster sauce)
Grilled Chicken and papaya salad ( some sugar in salad but not a lot, u can ask them to skip sugar i believe)
I love curry but I just have to make my own cause I don't trust restaurants
