  • Finally after a 3-4 week stall Im losing again

Lost about 3 pounds the past week after stalling for a good 3-4 weeks, it was hard to keep with it, but the stall has made me stronger for sure. If you stick through it, you will be rewarded.

    Anubus -
The exact same thing happened to me. I was stuck at a weight for about a month. This Monday when I weighed in I weighed 1.5 pounds less, and then today another 2 pounds gone.

It feels wonderful doesn't it????? It just proves that this WOE does work. We all go through phases when our bodies don't do exactly what we want, but the end result is oh so rewarding.

CONGRATS ON BREAKING YOUR STALL!!!! :hug

:joy Thats great!!! Wow!!! You stuck through it, I can imagine that it would make you stronger. I'm stalled right now on extended ((the scale says)) but hey the thought does cross my mind to say forget it, but when I think of how nasty I'll feel going back, I can't fathom the idea, I just hope and pray that the stall will subside. :sadblinky

Hey, what do you mean by "metal monster"? Is that the metal feeling in the mouth??

I basically think 2 Big ment the scale was the metal monster LOL. Funny. I had a 7 weeks scale stall but, still lost inches during that time. Be sure to measure it's a big help when you don't think anything is happening, IT is. I have not had as big of a stall since then but, I have stalled too. It's hard but, I keep going like you did.

WAY to go on sticking it out.
