Haven't checked my urine in aboiut a week.Last time i checked it was small.Checked today and it was negative.Almost 3 months of VLC with no cheats.I feel I have finally ketoadapted.Main reason I believe this is my hunger is minimal and I no longer even think about sweets.My energy level is high and I feel stronger after a long walk than when I begun it. Never thought i would be happy to see a negative strip but feel I have made a major hurdle.

Well, thank the Lord!!! I'm so glad you ended your post the way you did!!! This is one of few ketostix threads that DOESN'T involve a cry for help!! I stopped using the stix for awhile and felt a little too much like napping in the afternoons. I was barely registering any color. I got induction hardcore for a few days and hopped right back in BUT if you're still losing and feeling great, nothing's better than that!!! Good for you!
