  • In need a pat on my back or a high 5...

Ok, I posted on the celebration forum a few days ago about my 1 month anniversary on Atkins and I was looking forward to all kinds of encouragement and I got back 1 reply. I'm a little dissapointed because It really is a big deal to me that I actually stuck it out 1 complete month. So I'm posting here and hoping I will get a little more encouragement. I know, I'm probably being a baby about it but it really helps to know there are other people who are cheering you on and hoping you succeed as I hope you all do too.

    So..give me a high-5? an applause? a smile?

    I'd appreciate it

My 1 month was on 04/14 and these are my results for my first month:

I'm actually amazed by your weight loss. Did you lose all that in one month on Atkins?! That's 4.65 lbs per week!

BTW, I've moved this thread to the "Atkins Diet (Extended) Induction" forum.

Cristela, your results are amazing. I have been on Atkins 3-1/2 months and have lost a total of almost 18 pounds.

You should be extremely proud of your progress.

I don't go to the celebration forum a lot because reading about people losing massive amounts of weight highlights how slow mine is and it is a bit discouraging.

      Hope that helps.

      Ccongratulations!

I'm like Sunny -- the only time I go to the celebration forum is when I'm giving or getting an award!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I did lose this in 1 month on Atkins.

I'm super excited because I've been trying so hard and Atkins is the only thing that has actually paid off in the last 2 years of my search of "the diet" to drop this post baby fat. I'm so glad I decided to try this and I am sure I will reach my goal withouut ever being hungry or deprived.
            Thank you !
