  • Still here.

    It's been a month, still haven't lost from the original 8 pounds the first week. Still maintaining the diet though. I have faith that in the long run my body will eventually break down and begin dropping the pounds.
    Male, 29, 6' 2"
    Start weight: 353 lbs
    Short term goal: 330
    Long Term Goal: 250
    Life Time Goal: 200
    Current Excercise: Dance Dance Revolution non-stop mode, 30 minutes and rising.

    Hey! Have you started measuring inches yet? When the scale froze up, I began taking measurements and would lose many inches and then see a lower number on the scale. Using fitday.com helps too if you aren't already. Have you joined the 6WEC yet? It's a 6 week exercise challenge and if you set your sights high, you're bound to see a loss of inches and pounds by the end of the challenge. Here's a link if you want to read up about it.
