It's the end of my 2 week induction and I've lost 5lbs according to my high weight on my 2nd day of induction. But going by the weight I was on the day I started, I've only lost 3lbs, which is definitely high metabolic resistance.
I want to try the 1,000 calorie fat fast today, and possibly up to 4 days depending on how I feel after 1 day.
I am not necessarily doing it for weight loss but I want to do it to help curb my appetite after splurging on 2 diet pepsi's yesterday.
One day won't hurt and I mainly want to see what it does for me, mentally.
I'll update here with my results, both mental and phsyical.. if there is any.
