    K so as everyone knows I lost a massive 80 pounds on atkins before in less then 4 months.

    2 kids later.. Im back on the wagon,
    I have lost about 25 pounds since i started atkins this time around, in 3 months.... a very slower weightloss...I am still happy with the result but i want to reach mini goal before sept soooo another 40 pounds in 4 months! I need tips and what makes u go down slower?
    I am currently doing ZUMBA workouts and turbo jam, walks with the double stroller everyday and drink TONS of water

    Anytips?
    Start weight / may 2004-238
    reached my goal august 2004 - 165

    After 2 pregnancy..
    Start weight- 243

    After having babies your body is completely different that it was before - hormones etc - so will react differently to what it did before.

    Just one of those 'benefits' of being female I guess

    But if you stick to the rules, drink your water and exercise you can do it again, so keep on keeping on

      one thing that helps for me is changing up my workouts every week, drinking atleast 90oz of water, and eating ENOUGH food.

      I only drink water and i cant eat onions because they stall me.

      I weigh only once a week.

      Make sure you are lifting weights along with cardio workouts.
