Finally a Loss after 3 weeks!

Ok...ok...i'm still sick and on medication and have been for the past 3 months hopefully we will get our new insurance cards next week sometime so i can go and have some tests done. Well finally after sticking to it...all this time a LOSS! 4lbs!!!! YES YES YES YES YES

Of course my husband seems to think that this diet has alot to do with me being sick for so long. I have been sick since January and started this diet first part of February. I think having loss the 25lbs has probably at the least helped me.....

Is anyone else having problems with sickness (colds, etc.) since starting this diet?

I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS W/ THIS WOE SO FAR. ACTUALLY I'VE NEVER FELT BETTER :confused MY SKIN IS BEAUTIFUL NOW-WHERE BEFORE I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SCARRING. ALSO THE WEIGHT LOSS HAS ELIMINATED SOME MEDICAL PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING BEFORE I STARTED. :yes

Congrats on having the scale move again! Patience and sticking with your Atkins pays off. In terms of sickness, I've had my best winter ever in terms of not getting colds and flu!

Are you sure it's not an allergy that you have? I used to feel sick 24/7 when I lived in my home town, but that was because it was so polluted.

Allergies can do that to a gal I am taking Singulair now what a difference I feel in everything I can breath and I feel better. I had a lot of chest infections before I found out I had asthma it's a sign of allergies and asthma. If I don't start meds when I feel my throat tickle I am so more likely to be sick LOL. It sucks. I ended up with Pnemonia here 2 weeks ago from my asthma here I thought it was Bronchitis I guess I will be more careful. Tell up what the doc says. I'm sure it's not the WOE cause as for flu and colds I just don't get them have all the usual allergy stuff thoug.
