Re: meat question??
maybe its because im in texas but there is plenty of fresh meat that doesnt have anything rubbed on it. Often things that i pre-seasoned have some surgar in it...example beef jerky...
I dont eat it myself and the more time ive spent living this lifestyle i cant taste that hidden sugar.202.5/165/145

Re: meat question??
Buy fresh meat such as steaks, chops, briskett, chicken thighs, wings and legs.I do eat bacon and sausage which has traces of carbs. But so does eggs and cheese.Pre-packaged meats tend to have sugar added.Exception is an real Italian hard sausage found at costco.VERY fat and carb free.4-5 small slices fill me up and holds me for hours.Love that stuff.
