I have just finished the 14 day Induction and I am thinking about giving it one more week as Extended Induction so I can reread the OWL part of the book.
In the past 2 weeks I have lost about 5lbs, I will check when I wake up tomorrow (in other words later today
) for the final stats. I did add a few more "legal" veggies during the 2nd week just because I was missing them (I was a big veggie eater before Adkins). But usually it was like another cup of lettuce with dinner nothing to carby.
Anyway yay me for pulling through the first (and hardest) weeks.
(btw: The eggnog breakfast shake mentioned on another post is absolutely fabulous.)
