Well it has been 4 months since I started my new WOE. I have had some difficult days and even a few cheats since my journey began, but; I always get right back on track. I am very happy to say that this weeks weigh in has me down from my original 275 lbs to 215 lbs. I am so excited! That is 60 lbs. I have been getting so many compliments lately and that in itself makes me want to continue losing. I even have a friend who is thinking of starting because she sees my success. Yesterday I went bathing suit shopping and I actually enjoyed it. (lol) Last years suit was a size 24W and this one is an 18W. I still had to go with one with a skirt because I am so insecure about the fat on my thighs. Maybe someday I can get one without, we'll see. Thanks for everyones support.

congratulations on 4 months and 60 pounds. I celebrated my 4 month anniversary a few days ago. I honestly can't imagine eating any other way than this. Keep going toward you goal!Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

WOW! CONGRATZ on a job done well- more like a job done fantastically! That is wonderful! I'm sure you look FABULAS in your new bathing suit! I am extremely proud of you to keep on going even through the cheats. Congratz!~
