    One Month tomorrow going strong

I haven't even been tempted to go off the diet! I feel great and am loving the extended induction! I love reading everyones questions and answers and appreciate the feedback that everyone takes the time to leave.

I'm in my going into my 4th week and with the exception of few beers, I have been on track!!! I lost 12 lbs during that time and I am in a bit of a stall right now, but although I'm not losing the weight, I know I am losing inches around my belly, so I am going to continue on. Good luck to you and how do you get the ticker on your messages????

Great Job! I'm glad you're staying on extended induction.....I'm on that phase too. I am doing ok with food choices, so I'm planning on staying on extended induction hopefully until I fall under the 200 mark. Then I'll progress up the rungs.

This diet is so easy to feel full. I have so much more energy than I ever had before. All the energy helps with the gym visits!

Take care, good luck, and KEPP GOING!
