I refrained all week from weighing. This was a major accomplishment for me. I am a bit of a compulsive weigher. The first 2 weeks I lost 16 pounds. The third week I gained a pound. Now I weighed myself this morning for my four week weigh in and I haven't lost a
thing. I measured and have not lost any inches either. I guess it's time to evaluate my menu and see where the problem may lie. I do still have my morning cup of caffienated coffee.I do not see myself giving that up. ( I have 5 month old twins who refuse to sleep through the night) I also do still have aspartame on occasion, but rarely. (crystal light) I mostly drink water.100 oz daily. Hmmm, maybe I should try cutting out the cheese? I consumed 3-4 oz daily my first two weeks and lost 16 pounds. Could it still cause me problems? I don't know what else to do. Confused. Any suggestions? Trying to not get discouraged. Could this still be post induction stall? Thanks
