Hi everyone. I've been on this WOE since the end of April. I have lost between 15 and 20 lbs. depending on the day and the outfit!
I have 3 weeks to go until a major event, my oldest is graduating high school, and I would really like to make the most of the time I have. I belong to a gym, I go about 4-5 times a week and fast walk 3 miles. I have mostly lost in my rear end and my top. I would really, really like to lose some belly fat and maximize the amount of weight I can lose in the next 3 weeks.
I would be so appreciative if anyone who has managed to lose 3-5 lbs. a week consistently would share their menus with me and their exercise regimen. I am super, super motivated, have lots of energy and just need a helping hand to get through to June 15th!
