  • Induction Ice Cream!

ok, so not ice cream exactly, but I was craving a treat and decided to try something new. Blend ice, heavy cream, an avocado, a couple splendas, a bit of vanilla extract (it's pretty thick so you may need a little H2O). Not too bad, a little like a mouse actually. It did the trick.

    Re: Induction Ice Cream!

It's my weak spot. Be careful. I over did the ice cream thing. I didn't gain any weight but for 6 weeks I didn't lose either. Ice cream is my all time most fave food. I absolutely love the lo-carb recipes for it. Too good.
    Enjoy.

To those on Induction, just be cautious.

      Special Category Foods
To add variety, each day you can also eat 10 to 20 olives, half a small avocado, an ounce of sour cream or three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream, as well as two to three tablespoons of lemon juice or lime juice. But be aware that these foods occasionally slow down weight loss in some people, and may need to be avoided in the first two weeks. If you seem to be losing slowly, moderate your intake of these foods.

        That sounds interesting!
Just don't eat more than 1/2 per day, since you're only allowed to have 1/2 avocado.
