Ok, so I thought I would be smart and stay strict and strong on my induction phase, then I'd just try really hard to keep my carbs under 20 while incorporating an occasional treat, such as low carb ice cream or a diet pop. Is that ok? Will I still continue to lose, or am I just totally screwing things up for myself?
I guess I thought I could get away with treats as long as I kept my carbs low, but maybe thats not the case? I really don't see myself succeeding if I can't have a goody once in a while because it just keeps me from going off the deep end. Anyway, maybe you guys could give me some advice on how to go about my extended induction.
