  • Oil for cooking

I'm not quite sure how to count the oil that I use when cooking.
If I use 4 tbsp. oil to fry some chicken in, do I count 4 tbsp. on fitday?
I don't end up consuming the 4 tbsp. as there is still quite a bit of oil in the pan when finished cooking so not sure how to count it.
    Thanks!!!!

    Re: Oil for cooking

Well I don't think there is a perfect answer for this. I just guess how much oil I may actually consume of what I add when I am cooking and go with that

Measure how much is left in the pan and then deduct it from how much you put in... you'll probably only have to do this once to get an idea for future meals...
