Any ideas what I can eat?

I havent had any cream nor splenda nor 1oz of cheese (I have eaten 2.4 oz) for the day and my fat on fitday is very low.

I want something small, just for today.

Anyone know of anything I can make that would up my fat for the day?

Maybe the mock danish. With the egg and cream cheese, it will add to your fat and a serving of splenda will give you something just a bit sweet.

I like an ounce of cream cheese, just a drop of splenda and a drop of coco powder.

I go with Laurenfra's suggestion. And if you do what Moochie does, i.e. freeze them in small 'sweets' and eat them frozen, they're so yummy... they melt slowly in your mouth....mmmmm

I have found buying the creamy version of ricotta cheese is great for chocolate mousse (splenda and UW cocoa). Also, I love SF peanut butter!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I mix a tablespoon of cocoa powder with 2-3 tablespoons cream, a packet of splenda and stir it together. It thickens great if you stir for a little bit, and then I put little dots on wax paper and put in the freezer. Divide the carbs up between how many dots you made.
